Same manufacturer, same generation, genuinely different use case: the FIT+ is built around minimum weight (2.9 lbs single battery, 4 pulse settings), while the NEXT NG trades some of that weight (4.8 lbs single battery) for two additional pulse settings and roughly double the maximum battery life with a double battery installed.
If your prescription tops out at setting 3–4 and daily carry weight is the priority, FIT+ is the lighter daily-wear option. If your prescription needs the higher settings, or you regularly need the longest possible runtime between charges, NEXT NG is the one built for that.
